This document sets out our Terms & Conditions (referred to as the sale conditions).

We may change these sale conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website. These changes will not affect any orders submitted before the change.

These sale conditions apply to the exclusion of your own terms and conditions of purchase.

3. Business sales only

These sale conditions apply to all sales of goods by us to businesses and shall apply to all orders submitted.

4. Definitions

In these sale conditions:

  • Contract – the contract incorporating these sale conditions
  • Contract documents – these sale conditions, website and catalogue pages, product descriptions, and order confirmation emails
  • Delivery charges – charges stated at the time of ordering
  • Delivery address – the address provided at the time of order
  • Goods – the goods purchased under the contract
  • Price – the price stated at the time of ordering
  • You / your – the person purchasing the goods
  • Working day – Monday to Friday, excluding bank or public holidays

5. How the contract is made

5.1 Your order

Your order is an offer to purchase goods on these sale conditions and may be withdrawn at any time before acceptance.

5.2 Acceptance of your order

A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email or dispatch the goods.

5.3 Declining your order

If we decline your order, we will normally notify you by email or telephone and explain the reason.

6. Sale and purchase

On acceptance of your order, we agree to sell and you agree to purchase the goods specified in the contract documents.

7. Description of goods

Goods will match the description provided at the time of ordering. Minor variations in colour, design, or specification do not constitute grounds for rejection.

8. Charges and VAT

All prices and delivery charges are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the applicable rate.

9. Payment terms

9.1 Payment with order

Unless credit terms are agreed, full payment is required at the time of order.

9.2 Credit accounts

Approved credit account customers must pay invoices within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Discounts apply only if invoices are paid within agreed terms
  • Late payment may result in all outstanding invoices becoming immediately due

9.3 Payment methods

We accept payments via Stripe, card payments listed on our website, cheque, and bank transfer where applicable.

9.4 No set-off

All payments must be made in full without deduction or set-off.

9.5 Interest on late payments

Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

10. Delivery

10.1 Delivery address

Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery is limited to the UK.

10.2 Delivery times

Delivery is made on working days only. Timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.

10.3 Inspection on delivery

Goods must be inspected upon receipt. Any shortages or damage must be reported within the stated timeframes.

10.4 Risk and title

Risk passes on delivery. Title remains with us until full payment has been received.

11. Cancellation rights

11.1 Right to cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of receipt of goods, subject to the conditions outlined below.

11.2 Exclusions

Cancellation does not apply to personalised goods, opened consumables, software, damaged items, or food and drink.

11.3 Returns

Returned goods must be unused, complete, and in resaleable condition.

12. Warranty

12.1 Manufacturer warranty

Any manufacturer warranties are passed directly to you.

12.2 Our warranty

We will repair, replace, or refund goods that do not conform to the contract within the specified timeframe.

13. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied, except where prohibited by law.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Our right to cancel or vary

We may cancel or vary an order if goods are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or costs increase unexpectedly.

16. General

16.1 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
